Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ReferralRaidPro (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Telegram bot, website, and dashboard (the “Service”). For data collected inside a community that uses our Service, the community owner is generally responsible as the controller of their members’ data, and we act as a processor providing the tools.

2. Information we collect

  • Telegram profile data: your Telegram user ID, username, and first name — provided automatically by Telegram when you interact with the bot.
  • Community activity: message metadata (counts, timestamps, topic), referrals, raid submissions, X (Twitter) verification handles, points, and streaks used to power leaderboards and rewards eligibility.
  • Wallet addresses: the blockchain wallet address you choose to submit, used by community owners for reward eligibility and distribution.
  • Account & contact data: email address (for community owners/partners), and any name, tagline, logo, or branding you provide.
  • Payment data: on-chain transaction hashes, amounts, currency, and sending wallet, used to verify subscriptions. We do not collect card numbers or bank details.
  • Referral/affiliate data: referral codes, recruiter relationships, and attributed conversions.
  • Technical data: IP address, request metadata, and cookies used for security, rate limiting, session login, and referral attribution.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Service.
  • Generate leaderboards, track referrals/raids/contests, and compute reward eligibility.
  • Verify and activate subscriptions paid on-chain.
  • Track referral-partner attribution and calculate commissions.
  • Send transactional messages (e.g., login links, trial-expiry reminders) via Telegram and email.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Public information

Community leaderboards are designed to be publicly viewable. Your Telegram username/first name, points, ranks, and referral counts may be shown on a community’s public leaderboard page. Wallet addresses are used for reward eligibility and may be exported by community owners for distribution. Do not submit information you don’t want associated with a public leaderboard.

5. How we share information

We share information: (a) with the community owner/admins of the communities you participate in (e.g., member stats, wallet addresses for rewards); (b) with service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf (see below); (c) as required by law or to protect rights and safety; and (d) in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Service providers / subprocessors

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, which may process data on our behalf, including: Telegram (messaging platform), our hosting and database provider, our web hosting/CDN provider, our transactional email provider, and cryptocurrency price feeds. Public blockchains are inherently transparent — on-chain transactions and wallet addresses are public by design and outside our control.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: an HttpOnly session cookie to keep community owners/admins signed into the dashboard, and a referral cookie to attribute a visit to a referral partner. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When a community is deleted, associated data may be removed, subject to backups and legal retention requirements. Payment and audit records may be retained longer as required.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport, HttpOnly session cookies, rate limiting, and restricted access to sensitive fields. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can remove your wallet in the bot (/clearwallet), and you can request other actions by contacting us at referralraidpro@gmail.com. For data held within a specific community, please also contact that community’s owner. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International users

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
