How long does setup take?
Under an hour. Fill out our form, get a setup token, create a bot in BotFather, paste the token — you're live. We auto-register the webhook and command menu.
Do I need to know anything technical?
Nope. We do the technical setup. You just create the bot username via BotFather (30 seconds), paste the token, add the bot to your Telegram group. That's it.
How does payment work?
You pay in-chat. DM your bot /upgrade — it shows plans and our payment wallets on Solana, EVM (BSC/Base/Arbitrum/Polygon/Ethereum/Monad), and Sui. Send SOL, USDC, ETH, BNB, MATIC, MON, or SUI. Can I customize the bot's branding?

How do rewards work?
You pick your chain in the admin panel (Solana, EVM, TRON, TON, Sui, Bitcoin, or Custom). Users /setwallet inside Telegram — the bot validates the address format for that chain. When you're ready to distribute, snapshot the leaderboard, filter by eligibility (wallet + X-verified + min activity), export CSV, drop it into your payout tool of choice.
Which chains are supported for user reward wallets?
Solana (Base58), all EVM chains (Ethereum, BSC, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche — same 0x… address format), TRON, TON, Sui, Bitcoin (legacy, P2SH, Bech32), or a custom mode with no address validation for anything else. You set it per-community in the admin panel.
Do I need my own crypto wallet to pay for the subscription?
Yes — you pay us from your own wallet on the chain of your choice (Solana, EVM, or Sui). Your users' wallets are entirely separate and used only for reward distribution on whichever chain you picked. We never touch those.
What if my community outgrows my plan?
Upgrade anytime in the admin panel. Prorated billing. No lock-in.
Can I run multiple communities under one account?
