Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReferralRaidPro (the “Service”), a Telegram-based growth and referral toolkit operated by ReferralRaidPro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By adding our bot to a Telegram group, creating an account, submitting a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a community, project, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity. Only the creator/owner of a Telegram group may install the bot and become the tenant owner for that community.
3. What the Service does
ReferralRaidPro provides tools that let community owners run referral programs, raid tracking, contests, leaderboards, and reward eligibility snapshots inside Telegram, with an optional web dashboard. We provide software tools only. We do not custody funds, issue tokens, run airdrops, or distribute rewards. Any points, prizes, tokens, airdrops, or rewards referenced by a community are defined, funded, and distributed solely by that community’s owner/administrators — not by ReferralRaidPro. We make no representation or guarantee regarding any such rewards.
4. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your community/tenant, including the conduct of admins you appoint. You must keep your Telegram account, bot tokens, login links, and credentials secure. You are responsible for configuring your community lawfully and for any content posted in it. We are not responsible for member disputes, reward claims, or content within communities using the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive; (b) facilitate money laundering, securities violations, or unregistered offerings; (c) infringe others’ rights; (d) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (e) abuse referral, contest, or reward mechanics (including fake accounts, self-dealing, or automated gaming); or (f) violate Telegram’s Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Free trial
We may offer a free trial with full or limited features. Trials are provided “as is” and may change or end at any time. When a trial ends, paid features may become unavailable until you subscribe. Your community data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
7. Payments and crypto
Paid plans are billed in cryptocurrency (e.g., SOL, USDC, or other supported assets) and verified on-chain. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, all payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network; funds sent incorrectly may be unrecoverable. Prices are shown in USD-equivalent and may fluctuate with market rates. You are responsible for any taxes and network fees. We may change plans and pricing prospectively.
8. Referral / affiliate program
If you participate as a referral partner (“Rep”), you may earn commissions on qualifying, verified paid conversions you refer, and on your recruited sub-reps’ verified paid conversions, per the rates we set for your account. Commissions accrue only on payments actually received and verified on-chain, and never on trials, signups, or unpaid activity. We may adjust rates, withhold or claw back commissions for suspected fraud, self-dealing, chargebacks, or Terms violations, and we determine payout timing and method at our discretion. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes on any commissions.
9. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. Community owners are responsible for informing their members about data collected within their communities and for having any legal basis required to process member data.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ReferralRaidPro and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of content and branding you provide; you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Telegram, hosting/database providers, email delivery, price feeds, and public blockchains. We are not responsible for their availability, actions, or outages, and their terms may apply to you.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency involves significant risk; you use it at your own risk.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReferralRaidPro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, tokens, rewards, or crypto assets. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReferralRaidPro and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your community, your content, your rewards/airdrops, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, legal risk, or abuse, and you may stop using the Service at any time. Suspension pauses service without deleting your data; termination may result in deletion per our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payment, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification) survive termination.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where prohibited by law.
